Women’s Rights Center launched an online survey during November on discrimination at workplace. Survey is a part of an overall research which is conducted within the project Furthering women’s labour rights, which will last for 4 years and is financially supported by the European Union.

Besides the survey, WRC has done a thorough legal analysis of labour legislation in Montenegro and it’s harmonization with international legislation, our research team has conducted interviews with representatives of various institutions such as police, prosecution, courts etc., as well as interviews with citizens who previously, through the online survey, accepted to be further interviewed.

Legal analysis, results from the survey and interviews will be part of the report to be completed in February 2019. Once finished and translated, WRC will organize a public presentation of the findings and the report, and also broadly disseminate the collected results.
