Publication “Public Administration in Montenegro – Gender Analysis” is created in the framework of the regional project “Furthering gender equality through the EU accession process”, which is financed by European Union and co-financed by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, and implemented by Women’s Rights Center in partnership with Kvinna Till Kvinna” Fondation, “Reactor – Reasearch In Action”- Macedonia,  Rights for all – BiH, AWEN – Albania, Kosovo Women’s Network – Kosovo. The aim of this publication is to contribute to public administration reform based on the specific needs of women and men – especially women and men from poor and marginalized communities – and to ensure that public policies, investments and services respond better to the needs of all citizens
