Executive Director of the WRC, Maja Raičević participated in the work of the Committee on International Relations and Defense of the Upper House of the British Parliament

The UK’s Parliament’s International Relations and Defense Committee invited the Women’s Rights Center to participate at the session dedicated to a broad topic of women’s rights in the Western Balkans. It was a genuine opportunity to advocate for better recognition of women’s human rights defenders and to provide in written and oral evidence-based information on latest developments as regards gender based violence in the country.
