As part of the project “Combatting Discrimination and Furthering Women’s Labor Rights” funded by the European Commission and the Swedish International Development Agency through the Kosovo Women’s Network “Women’s Rights Center” announces a public call for artist / director / producer who will work on designing and drafting a video campaign entitled “Question of the Day: Labor Rights in Montenegro” toghether with the WRC team.

The realization of the concept design consists of the following:

• Pre-production of the video campaign: organization of dates with relevant institutions participating in the campaign, reservation of recording equipment, preparation of questions for the campaign and technical and logistical preparation for recording.
• Production of video campaign: audio and video recording with professional equipment at agreed locations with representatives of relevant institutions and non-governmental organizations in Montenegro during the period of three weeks.
• Post-production of audio-visual material: image and sound processing, editing, graphics, sound design, color correction, translation and mastering.
